If you’re thinking about getting behind the wheel of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, you will have to choose between the stunning sedan and the cunning coupe. This guide goes over the differences between the two versions of this luxury car.

Power and Performance

Both the Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedan and coupe are powered by the same engine. It’s a turbocharged inline-four that puts out 255 horsepower. This is mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard, with all-wheel drive as an option. Both models have excellent acceleration and outstanding cornering ability. Plus, sport brakes, sport-tuned steering, and a sport suspension can be added.

The sedan has room for five people, while the coupe fits four, and the rows in both have a lot of head- and legroom. Power-adjustable and heated front seats and synthetic leather upholstery are standard. They each can also come with Nappa leather upholstery, ventilated front seats, and a heated steering wheel. The sedan offers a trunk with 12.6 cubic feet, while the coupe’s trunk contains 10.5 cubic feet.

You’ll get a lot of built-in tech features with either the sedan or the coupe, as they both come equipped with these features:

  • Wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™
  • HD Radio
  • Bluetooth®
