799 × 300Every year, Mercedes-Benz cars keep getting better and better. And while we’re eagerly awaiting all of the new 2022 models coming soon, there are two vehicles in particular that our dealers at Mercedes-Benz of Asheville can’t wait to see.

2022 Mercedes-Benz EQS

Don’t feel like paying for gas? Then the Mercedes-Benz EQS is for you.

This all-electric sedan pumps out 329 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque from its electric motor in the base 450+ model. When you upgrade to the Mercedes-Benz EQS 580 4MATIC®, you'll be able to enjoy 516 horsepower and 611 lb-ft of torque.

No matter which trim you choose, you'll get to take advantage of an adaptive air suspension that always provides an extremely smooth ride. As for driving range, you’ll be able to go up to 300 miles on a single charge. The Mercedes-Benz EQS can be fully charged in about 11 hours using a 240-volt charger, but with a DC fast charger, it can charge up to 80 percent in about 35 minutes.

2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class

Another excellent car you’ll want to test-drive is the 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class. This new model comes with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 255 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque, but with its 48-volt mild-hybrid system, short-term boosts can increase output to 275 horsepower and the 443 lb-ft of torque.

One of the most notable features of this sedan is its cockpit-like cabin. The dashboard has a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster and a portrait-oriented 11.9-inch touchscreen for the infotainment system, which can also be controlled by voice commands. As a bonus, you can also enjoy augmented-reality navigation, in which directional arrows appear to be floating over the road.
